I’ve discovered something important.

When I travel, especially on journeys like the Camino Frances, I am far away from the things that hurt. Not because the pain disappears, but because something wonderful takes its place—curiosity, beauty, vibrancy, new possibilities, and moments that lift my heart.

And even more... I get to see what I’m still capable of. To move beyond limits I didn’t realize were there—and savor a powerful feeling of accomplishment. Proving to MYSELF that I am still strong, still growing, still alive.

And I want that for you, too.

My first travel adventure—walking the Camino Frances—brought five women together. We immediately felt friendship, understanding, and love. We walked 10 - 16 kilometers a day through beautiful vistas, forests, farms, and villages—never knowing what DELIGHTS awaited us around the next bend, or UP the next hill!

That’s why I’m now offering travel retreats, adventures, and soul-filled experiences for our community.

We deserve connection—with others who understand. We deserve discovery—not just of new places, but of forgotten parts of ourselves. And we deserve joy—real J O Y—and even laughter!

These trips aren’t about luxury. They’re about meaning. They’re for those of us who are ready to breathe free, feel free, and live free.
