My fascination with technology began in the early 2000's.  I owned a boutique staffing company and visited many start-ups, realizing that it's the "personality + the company culture" that makes the best employee match.  In 2010 "Start From Scratch Social Media" was launched.  

I recognized the need for an easy, step-by-step, organized way to present the complexities of social media platforms and our devices to those who might not be "tech-savvy."  So instruction focuses on just what you want to do, and what you NEED to know,
